Delete your TTV account and data
TTV - Taekwondo Results & News lets users request deletion of their account and associated personal data. You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your account.

How to request account deletion
Use one of these options to start a deletion request for the account you use with TTV - Taekwondo Results & News.
If you can sign in
Open your profile, go to account settings, and use Delete Account. Confirm the request with your account password when prompted.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your TTV account and include that you want to delete your account.
Identity verification
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deletion is completed.
Data deleted with your account
When an account deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal account data associated with that account.
- Account profile information, including name, email address, avatar, and authentication credentials.
- User profile settings, notification preferences, saved preferences, and account metadata.
- Personalized settings connected to the account, including followed items and app preferences where applicable.
- Personal content tied to your user account, such as comments, may be deleted or anonymized where technically possible and legally permitted.
Data we may keep
Some data may be retained when it is required for legal, security, financial, or sports record integrity reasons.
- Tournament, athlete, match, ranking, and result records may remain because they are part of public sports records.
- Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, subscriptions, payments, tax, or security investigations may be retained as required.
- Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited retention period until those backups are overwritten.
Request data deletion without deleting your account
To ask us to delete specific personal data while keeping your account active, email [email protected] and describe the data you want removed.
